Work

How we work.
What we deliver.

Specific methods. Concrete outputs. No vague promises about "taking your career to the next level."

How we work

Structure first.
Action second.

Every engagement starts with a clear scope. You know what we're doing, why, and what we're measuring before any work begins.

01

Situation assessment

Before we recommend anything, we understand where you are. For athletes: film review, competitive history, and current market positioning. For brands: objectives, audience, and existing athlete relationships. For organizations: program structure, budget reality, and timeline constraints.

02

Strategy before action

We write a short strategy memo — typically one to two pages — that lays out our recommended approach, the reasoning behind it, and what success looks like. You approve it before we execute. No surprises.

03

Execution with documentation

Every outreach, negotiation, or deliverable is logged and shared. You can see what's happening at any point without having to chase us. We send regular updates — not just when there's good news.

04

Honest review

At the end of every engagement — or on a monthly cadence for ongoing representation — we review what happened, what we'd do differently, and what the next move is. We do not extend engagements that aren't producing results.

What you get

Tangible outputs.
Not just access.

Below is what a typical engagement produces — by service. These are real deliverable types, not marketing language. Scope varies by engagement.

Partnership 2024

Local Brand. National Reach.

The situation

A regional athletic brand wanted authentic entry into the college basketball market. We identified the right athlete, structured a 12-month agreement, and built an activation plan timed to the season.

The outcome

Deal closed at terms that worked for both sides. Athlete secured content rights and performance bonuses. Brand reached a new audience without overspending on media.

Representation 2023

D-III Film. Pro Contract.

The situation

An undrafted guard with D-III tape was being ignored. We built a proper presentation package, mapped the right tryout windows, and positioned his strengths against specific decision-makers.

The outcome

Athlete signed a professional development contract. He is still playing. Still improving.

Our standard

We only claim what we've done.

Athletes ask us what we can deliver. We answer with specific examples — not projections. Brands ask us about ROI. We show them real outcomes, not industry benchmarks.

This page grows as our track record does. When we have verified, client-approved case studies, they replace these illustrative examples. Until then, we show you exactly how we work and what you can expect — honestly.
